Hello Kitty for Forever 21 launch party at the Americana at Brand was Thursday night, November 15th. There were  crowds hours before outside the store wrapped around the building some getting there as early as noon.

Pop art jewelry designer and reality TV star Onch!, who created seven accessories for the Hello Kitty Forever Collaboration, was on site to meet fans and pose for pictures. “The goal of this collection was to make it classic, so if you wear it in 2050, it will still be hip,” the animated designer explained. “Being a huge fan of Hello Kitty…I went wild with what I could do!” He also pointed out that each piece has a double-twist pretzel as a charm, an Onch! signature.

The new Hello Kitty Forever collection includes everything from sweaters and pajamas to umbrellas, pillowcases, and bags.

For this special night there were Hello Kitty manicures, a Hello Kitty photo booth, a candy bar, Hello Kitty Manis and of course  Hello Kitty herself.

Bella Thorne and New Boy Band “Iam5”

Last night after the Teen Choice Awards at the Gibson, there was another party going strong at the “DoSomething.org”  “Staples for Students” party at the Globe Theatre at Universal Studios.  Bella Thorne who is the spokesperson for the Staples for Students campaign not only shined on the red carpet but then took the stage with the new boy band “Iam5” and rocked the stage.

Sea World San Diego opened its new rollercoaster on May 26, 2012.
The opening ceremony hosted by SeaWorld Park President John Reilly and attended by San Diego City Council President Tony Young and San Diego City Council Member Lori Zapf  along with students from the Elemantary Institute of Science, and 2012 Miss Greater San Diego USA Pageant Teen and Miss Teen Cassidy Wolf and Mabelynn Capeluj.

There were some teen celebrities that also took part:  Austin Anderson, Actor and singer, Actress Julianna Rose, Actress Jennessa Rose and Recording Artist Misi Stomber,  all joined in for the “KELP” ribbon cutting ceremony and took off for the first official ride on the MANTA coaster.

Creator, Christian Freiherr Von Elverfeldt from Mack Rides in Germany was there to see everyone enjoy his creation as well as the ensemble group TAIKOPROJECT, who put on an amazing dramatic performance and drum roll.
This awesome coaster, has speed, twists, and turns and stretches 2,835 feet in length and starts with a trip under the sea in a tunnel with a 270 degree projection screen. as well as being educational with a natural ray habitat and other theming elements.
As the train slowly moves forward and backward guests are treated to a glimpse of rays swimming underwater, when suddenly the launch doors open and the train takes off, reaching a top speed of 43 miles per hour.
The trip includes a dive under the bridge that guests use to enter the Manta ride plaza and ray exhibit. As the train dives down toward a water feature fountains shoot as if the ray-themed trains had skimmed the water.The ride’s entrance features a beautiful rock structure that holds the ride’s marquee, and guests descend down under it as they enter the ride’s queue. The winding queue takes guests past the 100,000 gallon marine life exhibit, including 400 fishes and 65 California bat rays.
A long line began to form after the ceremony, as many came to experience the new rollercoaster, MANTA, as well as all the rides and shows that Sea World San Diego offers.
Some of the first to ride, Taylor Calhoun, Zac Mann, Nic Mann, and Matthew Dayte all enjoyed the coaster and the smoothness of the ride with all the twists and turns.

YOUNG HOLLYWOOD STEPS OUT TO SUPPORT CYSTIC FIBROSIS AT “THE BLOCK PARTY ON WISTERIA LANE”

Hollywood Teens joined The Band From TV, along with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in helping find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis by raising funds thru the 2nd annual “Block Party on Wisteria Lane”.

The teen celebs that came out were:  Billy Unger, Kenton Duty, Ariel Winter, Ryan Ochoa, Julianna Rose, Haley Pullos, Darcy Rose Byrnes, Madison De La Garza, Zach Callison, Isabella Rae Thomas, Jennessa Rose, Emerson Rose, and Rachel Fox.

There were many other celebs on hand:  Jennifer Love Hewitt, Andrea Bowen, Vanessa Williams, Felicity Huffman, Seamus Deaver, Chaz Dean, Kevin Rahm, Barbara Alyn Woods, Natalie Alyn Lind, Emily Alyn Lind, Maxwell and Mason Cotton, Zachary Alexander Rice, Jackson Brundage and Andrea Parker.  With all these tv and film stars, the party was going strong as all the supporters were enjoying the old fashioned barbecue, the enormous silent auction, the art, the airbrushing and lots more.

The amazing “Band from TV” along with the beautiful Teri Hatcher performed for the crowd, who were dancing and partying away.

A special moment came for everyone, when Julia Rae, who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis took the stage and sang her song””Singing at the Top of My Lungs” .  Julia told everyone her story how she was born with CF and about suffering from the lung disorder. This a brave young lady who is now fighting to help find a cure.

What do you do when you have a Grand Opening of a new attraction?

Well, SpeedZone LA had a special ribbon cutting on Saturday April 14, 2012 for the Grand Opening of  Lil’ Thunder.  Young Hollywood VIP’s came out to help with the ribbon cutting ceremony and be the first on the new ride.  Steve Stein and Sarah Laws from Connected organized the event.

Special Guest were Midnight Red, who stopped by on their way to their night time    performance at Universal City Walk with Carly Rae Jepson.

Temara Melek attended the 84th Annual Academy Awards Guardian of Heart Awards Pre-Oscar Benefit

On February 25, 2012 at the Avalon in Hollywood.Temara shined on the carpet in her red dress in Support of “Guard a Heart” and their campaign to prevent heart disease. Temara talked about the campaign to the media how important it is for everyone to get checked.

Larry King was honored for his work with the Larry King Cardiac Foundation, King was awarded the “Guardian of Hearts Award” by Doug Harrington, M.D., The mission of Guard a Heart is the prevention of heart attacks through greater awareness of risk assessment options and healthy lifestyle choices.

Midnight Red performed for the crowd. Also performing were Sabrini Lentini, Savannah Robinson and the duet “Brandon and Savannah”.

Temara had just opened at Knottsberry Farm for the “Guard a Heart” Midnight Red Concert a week earlier.

“Temara”, a new pop star artist who has two songs out on music video and writing her EP now, which will be released in April.  Temara is working with writers: Stacy Jones, Mike Schmidt, Cassadee Pope.

Tarik Ellinger, Temara’s younger brother, who is an actor,  attended as well.
