In addition to the music awards, five kids from across the country received the “Heroes For Change” award in recognition of their efforts to make a difference in their communities.  Each honoree was recognized on stage alongside their favorite stars:  Misha Ahmad on behalf of UNICEF; Denzell Perry for Boys & Girls Club of America;  Dara Reyes for the National Park Foundation; Ben Harowitz for Free the Children; Mary Dawson for Youth Service America.  Additionally, Ellen DeGeneres, The Wanted, Carly Rae Jepsen and Justin Bieber appeared via video to present a Special Recognition Award to manager Scooter Braun for his charitable work with Pencils of Promise.

Lia who was a lead in the “FINDING CODY” film with CODY SIMPSON, as well as you have seen her in KIDS REACT, TEENS REACT, AWSOMENESS TV, MY MUSIC, OMGTV LIVE, and more……

Lia Marie Johnson will play “Lorraine ‘Rayna’ Constance”, the female lead. Male lead “Vincent” still to be cast.

The film will be a contemporary re-imagining, based on characters created by Washington Irving for “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”.  Jude Walko, the director was asked “What can the audience expect from this film?”  Jude’s reply “The audience can expect a contemporary and tasteful re-imagining of the Headless Horseman legend based on characters created for Washington Irving’s “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”. With all the beat points of classic horror, “The Unhallowed Horsemen” is a archetypal morality play with a killer iconic antihero.  Stellar acting performances, action, suspense and just the right amount of blood and gore will make this a horror/thriller that will have longevity through the ages, and become part of the American Halloween Folklore.?

Shooting is planned for Spring 2013 in U.S. or Canada with a projected
release date of Friday the 13th (September 13th, 2013).
