MADISON CURTIS-Host, Actress, Dancer and Singer comes out to support the Pre-Oscar “Guard a Heart” Event February 25. 2012

You have seen Madison Curtis on the carpet interviewing the top celebs from some of the top shows like Glee, Shake It Up, and So You Think You Can Dance as the host for KARtv.

You have also seen Madison dancing on the X Factor stage.

And you will see her on an upcoming role on Disney’s XD “Kickin It” in the role of Lori.

This busy girl took time from her schedule on Saturday, February 25, 2012 to support the new campaign for Guard a Heart, “Know Your Risk, Save A Life” campaign to raise awareness about the importance of effective risk assessment in preventing heart attacks.

Guard A Heart Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness about heart disease prevention, and presented the first Guardian of Hearts Award to Larry King in recognition of his contribution to saving lives through The Larry King Cardiac Foundation. This private pre-Oscar party was held at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood.

Isabella Rae Thomas came out to support Guard A Heart Foundation and their new campaign on February 25, 2012 at the Avalon, Hollywood.

Isabella Rae Thomas, was last seen in the feature film, A Better Life as Linda, and the lead actor, Demian Bichir, was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor this year.  Isabella is better known for her role on ABC’s hit show, Brothers and Sisters as “Olivia”, the adopted daughter trying to fit in.
The very pretty Isabella rocked the red carpet in her beautiful red dress.
Almost 1450 guests squeezed into the Avalon to see Larry King honored and find out more about the new campaign for Guard a Heart.  Connected Gift Rooms, Steve Stein produced this show which had performances by top entertainers and rising stars, a silent auction, and raffle.  
This exclusive gala represented the launch of Guard A Heart’s “Know Your Risk, Save A Life” campaign to raise awareness about the importance of effective risk assessment in preventing heart attacks. 

Isabella, known to her friends and family as “Izzy”, started out in local theater and has just the right amoung of naturalness to continue to melt hearts and make fans for life. You can expect nothing but greatness as she continues in the entertainment industry.

Young Hollywood came out to support the 39th Annual Annie Awards, a celebration of the best in animation across project, studio and geographic boundaries.  The event was hosted by Patton Oswalt(Young Adult) and he kept the audience in laughter throughout the night.  The event on February 4, 2012 was held at Royce Hall on the UCLA campus in Los Angeles.

Presenters included Ariel Winter(Modern Family), Brittany Snow(Harry’s Law), and Logan Grove, who was also nominated(The Amazing World of Gumball).

June Fornay, who created the Annie Awards was there of course with her great charm. The June Fornay award which is presented to an individual’s significant and benevolent contributions to the art and industry of animation went to Art Leonardi.

Julianna Rose(Khumba), Zach Callison(Sofia the First), Jennessa Rose(Ponyo), Zachary Alexander Rice(VO Spots), and Isabella Rae Thomas(Brothers and Sisters) all were there in support of the Annie Awards.

Rango – the animated hit starring Johnny Depp won the award for Best Animated Feature  Kung Fu Panda 2‘s Jennifer Yuh Nelsonwon Best Feature Director.

Zach Callison(Sofia the First) joined with Isabella Rae Thomas(Brothers and Sisters) and Temara(Recording Artist) and Jennessa and Julianna Rose(Khumba and Ponyo) to help launch the new “Louder Than Words” campaign with Loveisrespect.org.

February is nationally recognized as Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month (TDVAPM).  During the month, people around the nation participate in activities that promote education and awareness about teen dating abuse. This is a crucial time to talk openly about healthy and unhealthy relationships, warning signs and what we can do to lessen the frequency of dating abuse.

The official launch event, Louder Than Words, announced the partnership between the National Dating Abuse Helpline and Break the Cycle.  Ambassador Ashley Greene,joined Camille Winbush, new boy band IAM5, Broadway singer Levi Kreis, singer Macy Medford and all of the other presenters/performers, as well as the sponsors: m.powerment by Mark., Blue Cross Blue Shield, Love Is Not Abuse, Verizon and Hopeline From Verizon.

Official KARtv Launch Party February1, 2012 with Host, Madison Curtis

KARtv had their official Launch Party at “O’mally’s On Main” in Seal Beach, CA on January 31, 2012. Madison Curtis who is the host of the new dance driven webisodes was there to help kick off the celebration. In Attendance with Madison were, Joe M Loera, Madison Curtis, Dennis Caspary and Noah R Lands Jordan Cassanova and lots more that work with KARtv.

The Premiere Webisode of KARtv features Mark Meismer, Lesli Jean Matta, Madison Curtis, Donna Shepherd Wood, Makenzie Dustman, Adeline Jane Nelson and Special Guest appearances by Bella Thorne, Cody Simpson, Jake Short and Harry Shum Jr.

KAR(Kids Artistic Revue), is one of the most popular dance competitions in the nation. These young participants compete in any number of the annual 82 competition/ convention events promoted by KAR. This year KAR celebrates its 30th Anniversary. Inspired by this milestone, KARtv was created.

These DANCE driven webisodes aim to inform, educate and inspire tweens and teens throughout the dance world. Producing this new program is Joe M. Loera, a former dancer and choreographer who has been creating positive kid-friendly content for the stage, Internet and Television over the past 8 years.

Children’s Hospital LA’s Butterfly Gala: Actor Zach Callison, Actress Isabella Rae Thomas, Recording Artist Temara, Actress Jennessa Rose

Actor Zach Callison, along with Recording Artist Temara, Actress Isabella Rae Thomas, and Actress Jennessa Rose attended the Butterfly Gala at the SLS Hotel on January 17, 2012.

These young Hollywood talent wanted to be part of this special event that makes a difference for children in need and help raise money for the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Zach Callison is currently working on Disney’s New Animated Show, “Sofia the First”.  Isabella Rae Thomas played “Olivia” in the final season of “Brothers and Sisters”. Temara, is currently working on her EP, and her songs will be released in Spring 2012.  Jennessa Rose just worked on post production of the film,” The Odd Life of Timothy Green”.

Both Zach and Jennessa can be seen in the choir of the upcoming  critically acclaimed Musical Theatre of LosAngeles (MTLA) along with major Broadway and Hollywood Stars as they present “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat: in Concert!” at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills on February 15, 2012.
